COMPANY PROFILE

Echo Film Productions, Inc. is a full service 16mm and 35mm production house specializing in Sports and Wildlife Programming, Stock Footage, Free Lance Cinematography, Commercials and Home Videos. During the last 20 years Echo Film Productions' expertise in long lens slow motion cinematography of action subjects has won recognition and awards from a diverse group of national and international clients.

Our background as Eagle and Falcon trainers for Walt Disney Productions, Paramount Pictures and the Television Series "Wild Kingdom" prepared us to shoot some of the most intimate and dramatic shots of Birds of Prey ever filmed. This footage exists in a select Stock Footage Library of over 150,000 ft. of images.

Echo Film Productions produced, directed and photographed the eagle segments for Young & Rubicam's National Advertising Campaign for "Express Mail." Our trained Bald Eagle, "Pearl," was trained to fly in front of famous landscapes across America.

Covering World Cup Downhill skiing for 10 years propelled us into the action sports arena. Our cinematography of three Winter Olympics, Professional Rodeo, NFL Football, Indy Car Racing, and Track and Field, produced EMMY Awards for Best Sports Cinematography in 1989.

Our 30 films, television productions and videos have been produced on subjects covering international sports, wildlife environmental issues, research documentation, human cultures and short docu-dramas. Our association with such elite clients as The Edison Electric Institute, National Geographic Society, NATURE, NOVA, BBC Natural History Unit, Boise Cascade Corporation, and the Discovery Channel is testimony to the diversity of our company.

Recently, Echo Films produced and photographed "The Vertical Environment," a one hour documentary for National PBS on the ecosystem of the Snake River Birds of Prey Natural Area in Idaho starring Lynn Redgrave.

In addition, we specialize as second unit feature cameramen for action films like "Cool Runnings" from Walt Disney Pictures and skiing sequences for MCA's production "Timemaster."

Echo Film Productions' cinematography and stock footage is represented worldwide by GettyImages.com.
